Refunds and Returns
Items maybe returned within 14 calendar days for a full refund inline with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, ensuring the below terms are met:
- The products are unused
- The products are undamaged
- You have emailed our team to notify Equi-Ping Ltd regarding the request to return a product and requested the return address
- The product is recieved by us within 14 calendar days
PLEASE NOTE
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and by recorded delivery.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The initial cost of delivery will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or unfit for purpose.
